Isaiah Sanders had one of the best seasons in Colorado high school history at quarterback in 2015. George Silvanic was a threat on both sides of the ball.

The Palmer Ridge teammates are planning on continuing to be teammates at the next level.

Both players recently announced verbal commitments to Air Force, Palmer Ridge coach Tom Pulford confirmed Wednesday.

Sanders threw for 3,176 yards this season, ranked 12th on the single-season list all time in Colorado. He also threw 32 touchdowns. He rushed for 814 yards and 15 TDs. His 47 TDs combined tied for eighth most all time for a season in Colorado.

Silvanic, at 6-foot-6, 235 pounds, played both defensive end and tight end. He caught 35 passes for 571 yards and nine touchdowns. Against rival Lewis-Palmer, he had his best game of the season, racking up 137 yards and two scores.

Defensively, he also made 60 total tackles and 2.5 sacks.

Signing Day is Feb. 3.
