Ghassan Nehme, a 2013-14 Cheyenne Mountain graduate, told The Gazette on Tuesday he will sign a National Letter of Intent to play college basketball at Division-I Farleigh Dickinson.

Nehme helped the Indians reach the Class 4A state semifinals in 2013-14.

In the fall of 2013, Nehme signed to play with Montana State. But after longtime Bobcats coach Brad Huse resigned in March 2014, Nehme was granted a release from his NLI.

Nehme spent the past season playing and attending a prep school in New Jersey. On Saturday, he will sign his NLI.

Nehme averaged 27.1 points per game for the Indians and was named The Gazette's big schools boys' basketball player of the year.
