Lewis-Palmer sets meet points record at Metros
At Rampart: Lewis-Palmer scored a meet record for points, 538, on the way to its third straight Metro League championship. "Our first goal was to get additional state-qualification times and our second goal was to give swimmers an opportunity to score points for our team if they had shown the ability to do so," coach Alan Arata said. "We also wanted to give our seniors a chance to win events and highlight how good they are and we wanted to give guys as much rest as we could, given that the state meet starts Thursday."
