Hometown: Tanzania
Alma mater: The King’s College in New York

Easiest way to find your doghouse: “Two fundamental things I look for — effort and attitude. If you don’t have good attitude or make the effort, that’s a way to get into my doghouse.”
Key to winning: “Our emphasis is not on winning. We teach kids to do their very best every day. I think that translates into wins.”
From a player’s eyes: “He makes a point to get to each player and personalize it. He likes to see the game through every player’s eyes.
