To say the Florence Huskies have had Kent’s number for the past few seasons would be a massive understatement.
On Friday at Justin DeSorrento Memorial Field, the memories of three straight losses in this series over the past two seasons — including last season’s state semifinal — were erased courtesy of a 41-6 spanking of the top-ranked Huskies.
