Nikki Glass spent the offseason working on passing, but the junior outside hitter is seeing results in every facet of her game. Glass has led Pine Creek in kills in each match, recording 23 last week in a sweep of Sand Creek.
“Nikki is definitely our leader on the court,” coach Ashlynn Smith said. “She is great up front, but she is such a versatile player that she can mount a great attack from the back row also.”
Glass, who is second on the team in digs, has developed a versatility that keeps opponents guessing. The Eagles will need that versatility this week when they play Liberty and Doherty.
